Clinton County Council met in its new meeting room to approve minutes, adopt budget adjustments and transfers, reappoint a library board member, review department reports including community corrections and probation, and hear a health department briefing that included use of several grants including PEF grant 8123. The council approved all motions presented and adjourned.
