Superintendent Todd Duncan announced the municipalitys seasonal leaf collection will begin Oct. 20 and run through December (crews will continue until all leaves are collected). He outlined placement rules (loose piles at curb; leaves only), a bagged-leaf pickup option, same-day return for missed pickups, and equipment upgrades (two new single-operator leaf trucks).
