The City of Leander Planning and Zoning Commission met Nov. 13, 2025. Commissioners were sworn in and elected leadership; the panel approved several zoning and special-use items (including a food-truck park SUP and a 1-acre GC rezoning), postponed a daycare-related PUD over fencing concerns, and denied/failed a Crossroads PUD motion. The commission approved a preliminary plat with heritage-tree removals.
