The Parker Planning and Zoning Commission met Nov. 13, 2025, and issued recommendations to city council on three land-development items: a conditional recommendation for final plat approval for King’s Crossing Phase 6, and recommendations to deny both the Post Oak Estates preliminary plat and an FM 2551 access plat. Commissioners cited engineering, drainage and right-of-way concerns and asked for more detailed responses before council action.
