The Village of Depew Zoning Board of Appeals heard and granted an area variance request from applicant Brooke Trijinkowski to allow a stockade fence with the pickets facing the opposite side at 26 Jane Lane; the board voted 5-0 to grant the variance after applicant’s representative said the work was done with neighbor consent and that they later corrected other panels.
