Gadsden City Council met Nov. 10, 2025; the council adopted an ordinance to charge residents for intentionally damaged garbage carts, approved multiple contract change orders and bids, authorized a $4.5 million HUD Section 108 loan for an East Gadsden outdoor pool, approved engineering agreements for street resurfacing and sidewalks, and heard a lengthy citizen presentation organizing Thanksgiving meal sites.
