The Williamson County Planning Commission held a public hearing and voted to deny a wastewater site plan and the related Owen Valley concept plan after staff and dozens of speakers said the applicant had not adequately identified or protected an historic African American church, school and cemetery on the site. Commissioners approved multiple other plats and routine items.
