The Planning Commission approved a substitute amendment that tightens height limits in R and RS districts with a recommendation that Metro Council consider an exemption for the downtown inner loop; it also approved a negotiated SP allowing up to 80 multifamily units at Antioch Pike and Glencliff Road amid neighbor concerns and an offered 20-foot buffer. Several consent items were approved and multiple items deferred to December 11.
