The Bartlett Planning Commission on Nov. 3, 2025 voted to approve a rezoning request to allow smaller single-family lots on 21.85 acres near Old Brownsville Road after a public hearing with neighbors raising drainage, tree and traffic concerns. The commission also approved a package of construction and final plans for several small subdivisions, a church subdivision, a resubdivision and a commercial site plan.
