Lebanon Planning Commission held a public hearing on a proposed 150-acre residential development on Maple Hill Road; after extensive public comment for and against the project, the commission voted to give a positive recommendation to city council with three amendments to the specific plan. The commission also approved a zoning code amendment on vested rights and the 2026 planning commission calendar.
