Joyce Musuya addressed a United Nations council session on conflict-induced hunger, warning that armed violence in places including Gaza, Sudan, Yemen and Syria is driving large-scale food insecurity and calling on states to use diplomatic leverage, condition arms exports on compliance with international law, and take four concrete steps to improve humanitarian access and accountability.
