Consultant Steve Villavassa of Bassett and Associates presented a revised future land-use map for the City of Central that shifts from a parcel/corridor approach to a nodal approach and consolidates categories; commissioners and members of the public debated whether the map will act as de facto zoning and asked for population/economic data and narrative clarifications.
