Springfield City Council met Nov. 17, 2025. The council heard two public speakers, accepted routine financial reports and multiple grant appropriations, approved several contracts and bond reauthorization for police body-worn cameras/tasers, referred a proposed mobile food-truck ordinance to committee, and continued consideration of a proposed ban on synthetic kratom to the Health & Human Services committee.
