Special meeting of the Oklahoma County Excise Board on Nov. 17, 2025, approved minutes, several employee-benefits appropriations and interfund transfers, certified revised tax levies for municipalities and school districts, accepted a school district budget amendment and approved temporary transfers totaling $6,000,000 to the general fund.
