At the Nov. 17, 2025 Caribou City Council meeting, the council awarded demolition and consulting contracts, approved several equipment purchases, debated a large set of tax-foreclosure waivers and selected a subset of properties to let proceed toward foreclosure, and heard public input on Brownfields soil cleanup and local housing planning. Several votes carried; staff presented financials and election results.
