The Oviedo Community Redevelopment Agency Governing Board met on November 17 to hear a staff transition announcement and review a draft update to the CRA plan, including project lists and an added affordable-housing element; a resident asked the board to fund half of a proposed canopy trail and observation tower and the board agreed to add the project to the draft plan for further consideration.
