At its meeting, the Howard County Drainage Board set two subdivision public hearings for Dec. 1 and approved two resolutions (HCDB2508 and HCDB2511) to reconstruct segments of the John Downhauer regulated drain, authorizing work to be paid by petitioning landowners with pipe purchase aided by ARP funds.
