City staff presented an update from the newly restructured Community Impact & Relations Department, including program goals, caseload and training work; council then discussed proposed changes to the citys tax abatement plan and asked staff to convene roundtable meetings with builders and other stakeholders before deciding whether to move the proposals forward.
