The Rockingham County Board of Elections met Nov. 18 to approve routine minutes and a polling-site use agreement, select an early-voting schedule for the 2026 primary (Option 2 was adopted after a brief recess), set a preliminary consideration meeting for an election protest, review municipal election turnout and billing, announce 2026 candidate filing dates, and discuss changes to representation by the county attorney.
