The City of Plano Planning and Zoning Commission on Nov. 17 reviewed three major land-use items — the Lavonne Farms rezoning (rezone to Residential Community Design), a Meadows Baptist Church subdivision rezoning (SF‑6 request) that was tabled after neighborhood concerns, and a split vote on a proposed 95‑foot faux‑tree cell tower design which the commission left to City Council without recommendation.
