Pulaski County commissioners met to approve routine minutes and claims, approve a series of administrative requests (conferences, use of space for early voting), approve modest fee increases at the county recycle & transfer station effective Jan. 1, 2026, approve several contracting and funding requests including opioid-settlement support for a jail yoga program, and debated stronger road-use enforcement and a possible data-center moratorium and UDO language given safety and infrastructure concerns tied to large solar developments.
