An unidentified speaker, during a St. Mary’s County commissioners meeting segment, thanked local volunteers, flagged constituent emails and concerns about school redistricting being carried out by the Board of Education, congratulated Leonardtown High School sports teams on state championships, and announced that Commissioner President Guy will receive the Maryland J. Praesner Public Service Award at the MAKO winter conference in December.
