Meeting called to order by the presiding board member; the board led the Pledge of Allegiance and formally opened the meeting. The chair explained public-comment protocols (3 minutes per speaker, board will listen but not respond during public comment).
Central CUSD 301 board met for a regular business meeting including public comment on the levy and school safety, presentation of the district audit (draft), approval of a consent agenda, a tentative 2025 tax levy presentation and roll-call approval, reports on internships and student placements, a proposal to add girls flag football, and extended discussion of foreign-language graduation requirements and middle-school scheduling. Several students and community members spoke during public comment and presentations.
