Utah County Planning Commission reviewed and recommended approval of a new county-level Water Use and Preservation element to the general plan after a public hearing, approved multi-year extensions for several large solar conditional-use permits, recommended four agricultural protection area designations to the county commission, and discussed placing the Pledge of Allegiance back on the agenda.
