At its regularly scheduled November meeting, the Board of Zoning Appeals did not have a quorum and postponed all dimensional variance hearings to the next meeting on Dec. 9, 2025, at 7:30 p.m., citing the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act. No votes or hearings were conducted and the meeting was closed shortly after the announcement.
