Lapeer City Downtown Development Authority members met to approve the agenda and consent items, authorize the executive committee to secure short-term health insurance coverage to prevent a lapse for a staff member, recommend three reappointments to the city commission, and discuss downtown projects including a website upgrade, visitor-tracking tools, parking-lot and Park Street work, and the new Downtown Dollars program.
