Norristown Council held a November 18, 2025 work session that opened an extended conditional-use public hearing for the Preserve at Stoney Creek master plan, heard technical testimony on traffic, stormwater and fiscal impacts, took dozens of public comments (including concerns about displacement and ICE activity), amended an appointments resolution, and voted to advertise the 2026 budget and several planning items.
