Libby City Council held a regular meeting with presentations on local infrastructure and recreation projects, approved three agenda items including a Christmas parade street closure and two foundation grants, and discussed a NRDP-funded gravel reclamation parking project for the Flower Creek trailhead to be considered again at the next meeting.
