Policy subcommittee reviewed five agenda items, focused on a proposed DIB fiscal-reserves policy (limit use of End-of-Year Excess/ED as recurring revenue) and a proposed FCB facilities-retirement policy; both were approved to go forward as first readings to the full school committee.
