At its Nov. 18 meeting, the Everett Planning Commission approved housekeeping amendments to the Everett 2044 development regulations (resolution 25-02), including lowering the inclusionary fee-in-lieu to $9 per gross square foot and adding a 12-year owner-occupancy covenant; the commission also opened a public hearing on a periodic update to the critical areas regulations and scheduled additional outreach and follow-up work.
