Scottsbluff City Council discussed and approved a suite of routine and downtown development items, including a public hearing and resolution to apply for a CDBG downtown revitalization grant, a micro-TIF for a downtown fitness business, wage and contract amendments, a multi-year zoo support agreement with a $50,000 contingency, several ordinances and permits, and proclamations for Constitution Day and Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
