Kankakee City Environmental Services Utility Board met Nov. 17, 2025. The board approved minutes and bills, voted to forward a $89,200 design-and-bid recommendation for a relay/reclosure cabinet replacement to city council, and spent the bulk of the meeting reviewing a new RFP for curbside garbage and recycling services including an option for centralized recycling collection.
