The Lubbock Metropolitan Planning Organization Transportation Policy Committee met Nov. 18, 2025, approved an amendment to its two-year Unified Planning Work Program to convert two part-time GIS positions into one full-time position and adjusted the year-two budget; staff also updated members on the TIP call-for-projects and showed a map clarifying which roads in the MPO are on the state highway system and planned transfers to city jurisdiction.
