The Committee on International and Legal Affairs met remotely to consider the reappointment of Sheldon Jim Ahn to the Ethics Commission, accept a travel gift for the director of Human Resources to participate in the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative, and to report out several executive-session settlements including Skycap v. City and County of Honolulu; one councilmember voiced reservations about the Skycap settlement.
