The Napa County Board of Supervisors convened Nov. 18, 2025 to handle routine business and hear extended public discussion on three major items: exclusive negotiating agreements for Lake Berryessa resort concessions, staff recommendations to implement Assembly Bill 720 for estate vineyard tastings, and community complaints about a new FAA GPS approach over Napa. The board approved consent items, an ENA for Monticello Shores/Spanish Flat concessions, a consultant amendment to study alternative airport approaches, and an ordinance moving several countywide elections to presidential years.
