Struthers City Council committees met to review a zoning use-variance request for a property on 6th Street, consider an ordinance to contract with IGS Energy for natural gas aggregation, discuss converting the municipal judge position to full time, and review complaints about overflowing dumpsters and possible ordinance changes. A public hearing on the 6th Street variance was scheduled for Jan. 14 at 5:30 p.m.
