The Mobile County Public Schools board opened with a prayer and pledge, praised superintendent Dr. Brackens and staff for gains on the state report card, and reviewed dozens of action and consent items including contracts, licenses, construction bids and grants. The board pulled a resolution request for review by attorneys and discussed several funding-source and facilities questions before a motion to adjourn.
