Campton Hills corporate authorities held a special meeting Nov. 17, 2025 to receive the Planning & Zoning Commission recommendation on a preliminary planned unit development (PUD) for the LaFox area, review roughly 20 conditions, and discuss street widths, lighting, phasing, and utility extensions tied to possible TIF funding. Trustees approved remote participation for Trustee Benetti and did not take final action on the PUD; the item will return for ordinance action after further engineering and TIF eligibility work.
