Scott County Board of Supervisors held a committee-of-the-whole meeting on Sept. 23, 2025, where staff presented a traffic safety study recommending an all-way stop and a speed reduction on 2 10th Street at Jersey Ridge Road, several federally funded road projects, public-safety vehicle equipment upgrades, a hiring exception for the county attorney’s office, settlement approval, and staff recognitions and awards.
