The Scott County Board of Supervisors met Nov. 20, 2025. The board approved minutes and a consent agenda, received a monthly financial dashboard from David Farmer, discussed the countys participation in the Home-Based Iowa veterans incentive program and related veteran services, heard updates on RDA grants and a landfill gas purification project, and voted to enter closed session to discuss labor negotiations under Iowa Code  20.173.
