At its Nov. 20, 2025 meeting, Maricopa County staff and consultant Michael Baker International briefed the Planning and Zoning Commission’s zoning/infrastructure committee on the near-final draft of the countywide comprehensive plan, reviewed public outreach results and outlined a 60-day public review beginning in January with commission consideration expected in spring.
