The Newport Beach Planning Commission convened Nov. 20, 2025, and denied a proposal to convert an existing office building at 20280–20312 Acacia Street into 12 medical office condominiums because commissioners said the requested parking waiver was too large. The commission also reviewed draft general plan land use and safety elements in a study session and took public comment on anomaly-table and overlay issues.
