Mayor William T. Martin opened a public hearing on Ordinance 11-66 to approve renewal of a lease between the city and Go Havre de Grace LLC for use of city right-of-way; no members of the public spoke and the hearing was closed at 7:03 p.m.
Havre de Grace City Council met Nov. 4, 2024. Council closed two short public hearings with no public comment, approved an annexation plan and related charter resolution for a 0.8274-acre Pulaski Highway parcel, introduced two ordinances on a budget amendment and zoning changes (first readings), heard a presentation on the county drug court, and discussed a State Highway Administration intersection study for Ontario/Ohio and Route 40; council asked administration to draft a qualified support letter for SHA’s Alternative 2.
