The Needham Select Board met Nov. 25, 2025. The board approved a new all-alcohol liquor license for Taberna at 1037 Great Plain Ave; set the FY2026 residential factor at 0.8988 (maintaining the 1.75 shift); authorized town counsel to respond to an Open Meeting Law complaint about the Stephen Palmer Building agreement; approved several traffic and licensing items; heard a Recycling & Transfer Station (RTS) study and discussed Pollard Middle School zoning and project options.
