The West Bend Park and Recreation Commission met Nov. 20 to approve minutes and three donations, approve a Boy Scout Eagle project to replace three archery target stands, and discuss disposition of existing skate park equipment and possible conversion of that space to parking. Commissioners set a tentative decommissioning timeline to revisit in 2026 and asked staff to pursue lease/MOU options with the adjacent development district.
