The Columbia Falls Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend that the city council approve a zone change for the property at 2155 9th Street West (Lazy Dade Mobile Home Park), converting the north half from light industrial to CB-2 general commercial; the matter will be considered by council on July 7. Commissioners also discussed launching an RFP for a housing plan consultant and related water/sewer engineering work.
