Bountiful City Council held its regular meeting on Nov. 25, 2025. The agenda included youth First Amendment speeches, public comment on land-use and the general plan, approval of plats for two developments, a website redesign contract, a public hearing on a recreation-district tax increase, the city audit presentation, multiple infrastructure contracts and a lengthy review of the draft General Plan ‘Bountiful by Design.’
