The Shelter Cove Resort Improvement District board held a regularly scheduled meeting covering budget reviews, a proposed library-affiliated food pantry called Stone Soup, personnel and policy updates, a supplemental budget request for Eel River hand crews, and authorization to join a regional fire-rescue joint powers agreement. Several motions were passed, one contract award item was tabled because of a disclosure of potential conflict.
