The Zoning Commission convened remotely to consider multiple zoning matters: a small American University campus-plan modification, final approval for a Department of General Services consolidated PUD for a men's shelter, a one-year time extension for a PUD at 801 Main Avenue, deliberation and requests for further applicant responses on a large Jamal Schaffer consolidated PUD (New York Avenue area), an emergency text amendment to Subtitle K §605.1 to enable a Congress Heights library above the Metro, and an Office of Planning briefing on Connecticut and Wisconsin Avenue zoning proposals. Several items were approved by roll-call votes; others were continued for applicant follow-up.
