The LaPorte County Board of Zoning Appeals met Nov. 18 to consider four variance petitions: approval for an event venue (BATS, Inc.), approval for a pole barn with temporary living quarters with a 24-month building-start condition, tabling a parcel split request pending a survey, and approval of a lot split with road access.
